Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment we reserve this time exclusively for you and will email/text you an appointment reminder.

Should you need to cancel your appointment please provide us with at least 24hrs notice or you will be charged 50% of the appointment price.

Clients who don’t attend their appointments and do not advise us will be charged in full and will lose their deposit.

We hope you appreciate that if you cancel without giving sufficient notice we are unable to fill that appointment time.
